Types of Doors We Install

We install main three styles, depending on the application.

Sectional Doors

When durability, economy, and reliability are top priorities, we recommend sectional steel doors. Options: •Glazing choices include DSB glass, plexiglas, tempered glass, clear lexan, wire glass and polycarbonate. •Full-section or individual-panel glazing satisfies requirements for external light and visitor identification •Higher-cycle springs in optional 25k, 50k, 75k or 100k-cycles promote long-life in high-usage applications •Solid construction withstands wind loading of 20 psf, with a higher wind load option to meet additional requirements •Optional steel strutting provides reinforcement for structural integrity on wider doors •Electric and chain hoist operation, aluminum sash sections with choice of DSB, acrylic, polycarbonate, tempered, or wire glazing, as well as movable center posts, 3" (76 mm) track and jamb seals Features •16, 20, or 24-gauge steel door panels results in a solidly constructed door for years of dependable service •Standard steel doors available in sizes up to 32'2" (9804 mm) in width; 24'1" (7341 mm) in height •Insulated steel doors available in up to 30'2" (9195 mm) in width; 24'1" (7341 mm) in height •Heavy-duty track and hardware are fabricated of high-quality galvanized steel and engineered for precise, trouble-free performance •Flexible PVC bottom weatherseal lessens conductivity of heat and cold, minimizes air and water penetration, and accommodates irregular floor conditions •Insulated steel doors provide thermal efficiency with an R-value of 7.35 •Baked-on, polyester paint finish eliminates field painting and provides long-lasting protection against the elements •Superior panel strength and well-engineered track are designed to meet many wind load requirements and codes

Rolling Steel Doors

If you have limited sideroom and headroom concerns, then a rolling steel door can solve your issues. Options •Roll-formed galvanized steel, stainless steel or aluminum curtains in weights from 26 to 14 gauge (not all gauges available in all materials) •Curved or flat slats in a range of sizes and profiles, including the C-600, a 6" (152 mm), 1 3/8" (35 mm) curved slat for heavy-duty applications •Finishes include primed and painted steel, clear or colored anodized aluminum, or PowderGuard™ •Finish of up to 215 colors as well as color-matching to specification •Face of wall mounting is standard with between-jambs mounting available for medium- and heavy-duty doors •Push-up, chain-hoist, crank or motor operation available •Electric motor option with an array of radio and remote controls simplifies door operation •Ventilated slats with perforations or fenestration extend applications to open-air environments •Weatherstripping and/or insulated slats offer additional protection against air infiltration •High-usage package and pedestrian pass doors available for special applications Features •Galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum doors in a variety of gauges, slat profiles, finishes and options •Most standard door widths up to 30'4" (9246 mm) and 28'4" (8636 mm) in height, and custom door sizes up to 1500 sq. ft. Sheet Doors

We’ve installed sheet doors at many self-storage facilities. If your budget allows for it, these are the high-security, minimal sideroom solution. They can be installed quickly in wood, concrete, masonry or steel. They work for openings from 3’x7’ to 20’x16’. When To Call Us

If your door is over 15-20 years old there are potential problems that might be avoided by an inspection and possible replacement. Advances in security, insulation, and opener technology have come a long way in the last few decades.

If the door is warped due to broken springs or unbalanced tension, it may be cheaper to replace the entire system than to fix individual parts. Give us a call and we’ll assess if it’s worth salvaging.

If you have a damaged steel section, we can swap it out and get some more life out of your doors.
